Breaking: Ronaldo Banned For Five Matches

Cristiano Ronaldo has been banned for five matches after he was sent off during Real Madrid’s 3-1 win over Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup first-leg.

Ronaldo receieved a one-match suspension for receiving two yellow cards, and a further four-match suspension for pushing the referee after he was dismissed from the field of play.

The suspension means he will miss the second-leg of the Super Cup, which takes place next Wednesday.
