Your actions an inaction affects the image of MTN, therefore, we urge you to provide exceptional experience for our customers. The services we provide for our customers are basically for their convenience and it will be unfair if our customer shave to go through a lot of difficulties to access the service due to agents poor conducts- charging unapproved fees, defrauding customers, wrongful mobile money registrations, mislead or induce customers to obtain pin, poor customer service, among others. Agents who do not adhere to the rules and regulations are dealt with and eventually blacklisted”.

In recent times, there have been a lot of concerns about your safety.
