PHOTOS: Quamina MP Loses Studio To Fire

Young upcoming rapper and singer Quamina MP may probably have faced the worst of his fate yesterday. The musician, who also doubles as a producer had his recording studio burnt to ashes yesterday morning.

The studio, located at tema community 25, which housed all his equipment and digital data caught fire around 4:00 am yesterday morning. According to Quamina MP, he and two other colleagues did some work at the studio overnight and decided to sleep there afterwards. At about 4:00 am he was woken up alarmingly by one of the colleagues that the studio had caught fire.
We had to ran for our dear lives , if not for Amanor Blac, we would have been burnt too, but thank God we’re alive” he said.
Neighbouring residents helped to control the fire till the Ghana National Fire Service arrived around 5:00 am to put it out.
Gadgets and equipment at the studio which included piano, computers, television, mobile phones, mixers, microphones and furniture got burnt down.
I lost everything, my phones, new television and the most painful, all project data” Quamina said sadly.
The source of the fire, is yet unknown. Meanwhile friends, fans and sympathisers have shared their sympathy on the incident on social media.
Quamina MP, real name Emmanuel Amonoo, is part of Ground Up group and has songs like Kenkey Seller, My Party and latest single Wiase Yɛ Dɛ on which he features Kwesi Arthur and Yung C.
