Western Region: NC Competition For The STMA Zone Ends Successfully

The Western Regional Football Association’s Normalization Committee (NC) special competition for STMA zone came to an end over the weekend with Dolphins FC emerging as the champions. They took home a trophy  and a cash prize of Gh500.

Givova FC who were runners-up also took Gh200 .  Best player and top scorer took a pair of football boots and best goalkeeper had keepers gloves.

Coach of Dolphins FC, Tamakloe was adjudged the best coach of the tournament but after the awards ceremony, the organizers were compelled to withdraw the awards from him for following his unsportsmanlike behavior during the final match with Givova FC. He has also been referred to the disciplinary committee for further action.
